MEALIOL is a unique clear oil that is use to control certain pests in horticulture situations, specially it controls Mealibug, Mites, Scale Insects & Aphides.

MODE OF ACTION:
MEALIOL causes suffocation in the pest resulting in their death. The death is also caused by the interaction between oil molecules and insect fatty acids and also by way of the interference in the feeding and excretion habits of insects. When sprayed solution covers the plant surface, the water separates from the oil used in the formulation, This leaves a thin layer of oil over the surface of the plant and insects.

DOSES:
Mix 6-8ml MEALIOL in one lit of water and spray it properly to cover infected areas and simultaneously cover complete plant area.

Following factors are responsible for good result and control on pests

  • Size of insects and stage of development.
  • Type of oil and concentration of water spraying volume and coverage.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Do not use MEALIOL along with Sulphur, Sulphur related compound and carbaryl.
